MamaRoo and RockaRoo Infant Swings and Rockers

A safety issue has been identified with the following MamaRoo and RockaRoo Infant swings and rockers.

The affected product models are MamaRoo infant swing models 4M-005 (versions 1.0 and 2.0), 1026 (version 3.0) and1037 (version 4.0), and all RockaRoo infant rockers (model 4M-012).

A safety issue has been identified in the US with the affected products, where the tethered strap under the seat of the product could pose an entanglement hazard to non-occupant infants who can crawl under the seat and which could lead to strangulation.

There are approximately 944 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.

MamaRoo Model 4M-005, MamaRoo Model 1026, MamaRoo 1037, and RockaRoo Model 4M-012

What to do:
If you purchased one of these products, please discontinue use immediately, and contact Kooltrade, 4moms’ distributor in Ireland for a free strap fastener that will prevent the straps from extending under the seat.
