Tried setting up and the camera would connect with parent monitor, wouldn’t connect to the app either. Staff in shop were very helpful, they tried setting up another unit and had same issue. Customer support on the phone advised me there was a fault with the camera.
The shop was getting a new delivery and they checked a new one and it was fine. By the third night the camera wasn’t linking with the parent unit. I’ve had this item for a week and 5 nights it has lost connection and taken ages for them to sync again.
I also found the camera image is not as good as vtech.
