A modern, shock-absorbing wheel suspension with a patented two-stage system ensures maximum driving comfort for you as the driver and for your little passenger in the RIDGE, regardless of the terrain and the weight of your child. In addition, the RIDGE is equipped with breakdown-proof tires with a deep profile, which ensure a smooth ride on any surface.
Depending on the terrain on which you are strolling, you can lock the front wheel of the RIDGE at the push of a button. Furthermore, a display that confirms the mode, as well as an adjustable tracker that enables fine-tuning of the wheel alignment, have been installed.
An elaborate braking system ensures safety while driving: with the innovative handbrake, the journey can be stopped safely at any time – uphill and even downhill. The braking system on the rear axle is equipped with a red pedal for “braking” and a green pedal for “pushing” – easy to recognise and extremely easy to operate with the foot.
Maximum comfort on every ride
The RIDGE sports seat will delight your child immediately. Deep and optimally padded, it embeds your little one safely and comfortably. The 5-point belt not only offers safety on the go; thanks to the built-in lumbar support it is also responsible for supporting your child's lumbar spine area and keeps them in an ergonomic sitting position.
The backrest adjustment of the seat ensures that your child can enjoy the ride in the RIDGE in different modes: upright, so as not to miss anything of your adventures and lying down, to take a little nap on the go. The canopy, which can be quickly expanded by using a zipper, offers optimal shade. The highlight: an easy-to-reach pocket with zipper keeps all the bits and bobs you need when being on the go safe and within reach.
For more comfort when pushing, the continuous push bar can be adjusted in 4 positions and thus adapts to your height easily.You can even use the comfortable off-road hero RIDGE from birth so as to benefit from its unbeatable advantages earlier. For example, it can be combined with the spacious carrycot (sold separately), which offers your baby a safe place on every trip.
Furthermore, the RIDGE is compatible with the MESA i-Size infant car seat or with selected baby car seats by Maxi-Cosi, Cybex and BeSafe. With the right adapters ( sold separately) you can create a practical travel system in a few simple steps that can easily accompany you anywhere and make everyday life with your baby much easier.
Do you more than one child? This is no problem for the RIDGE, because it even offers space for a second passenger. Simply mount the practical Piggy Back ride-on board on the rear axle and your little one’s big brother or sister can ride with you.
