Your baby's young and tender skin has not yet developed any protection against UV rays. A few minutes' unprotected sun exposure may be enough for the skin to burn. Sunburn is not only very unpleasant and painful for your baby, but also increases the risk of skin disease later in life. The ShineSafe Premium sun sail offers pleasant shade in the pram and protects your darling from harmful UV radiation.

The sun sail covers nearly the entire open space above the pram and ensures adequate shade for almost any sun position. This prevents overheating and ensures a pleasant temperature in the pram.

Fastening the two cords to a lower part of the frame rather than the handle darkens the inside of the pram. Gently darkening your baby's space creates a calm and soothing atmosphere for sleep without distractions.

Extra-long side wings ensure shade even when the sun is low or shining in from the side. Your baby will be protected against harmful UV radiation whatever the position of the sun. When the side wings are not needed they can simply be gathered up and fastened to the sides using the press studs.

The sun cover is made from 100% polyester. The plastic fibres absorb up to 98% of sun rays and offer your baby's sensitive skin maximum UV protection 50+. At the same time, they offer excellent breathability. This guarantees constant air ventilation in the pram and protects against accumulation of warm air, for a pleasantly cool environment inside the pram.

An all-round elastic band, fastening cords and hooks allow quick, easy and secure installation. Place the sun sail over the hood, pull the elastic underneath the pram bed and fasten the cords to the handle using the hooks. For a secure hold, even in windy conditions and on uneven ground.

When using the sun sail as a sleep shade, an integrated window allows you to check if your baby is still asleep. It allows you to check in on your baby without disturbing them by removing the sail. For a permanent opening, the window can be fixed in its open position with a press stud.
